It looks like this machine was created up by a couple of
Santa Cruz employees with a lot of time, a couple of spare frames and a TIG welder. I'm guessing that shock in the middle doesn't do much considering it's in the middle of a rigid parallelogram of overbuilt aluminum. There was another crazy Santa Cruz machine I saw riding around that had front forks for both wheels. Didn't get a shot of that. I think these were probably conversation pieces and
Cruiser Ride bikes and not the start of the new sport of
tandem downhilling.
