Holy crap, you didn't just notice a guy fly by you on a crazy looking contraption? (I didn't say that).

What? I didn't see anything...
So I was out riding today and a guy riding a recumbent flew by me on a climb, then flew by the women in front of me, and smiled and nodded at each of us. He had a big electric motor, but was still pedaling. Kind of fun to watch. Anyway, when I passed the women, I said "That was cool, huh?"

I met a guy on an electric assisted bike up in Oregon. He was recovering from a heart attack but wanted to continue riding. The electric motor was optional and it allowed him to set a reasonable page and climb hills.
Totally a fan of electric bikes. For those who can and those who can't.
